Please do not send Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or passwords through the website contact form.

Sharing
Inquiry information may be shared with NEXA Mortgage, LLC and its service providers as needed to respond to you or originate a loan. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
GLBA / financial privacy
When you become a customer or submit a loan application, federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act notices and NEXA’s customer privacy policy apply to nonpublic personal information collected in that relationship. This website privacy policy does not replace those notices.

This website does not currently set marketing cookies or third-party advertising trackers. The hosting platform may use essential cookies or logs for security and performance. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated.
Linked third-party services: Secure applications open on LendingPad (NEXA’s application portal). Appointment scheduling links open Calendly (calendly.com), a third-party site with its own privacy policy. NMLS Consumer Access, Freddie Mac PMMS, regulator sites, and community calendars linked from this site are also third-party pages outside our control.
Retention
We retain inquiry records as long as needed for business, compliance, and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify them when appropriate.
Your choices
- Email or call to request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information where applicable law allows.
- Revoke communications consent by emailing lendingwenatchee@gmail.com or asking by phone.
- Unsubscribe from any future email newsletter using the method provided in that email (CAN-SPAM).
